Application Group Supervisor - BC
- To plan and execute new product development projects to be launched on time, cost effectively with no major qualify issues and in compliance with Nestlé and local regulations.
- Develop the new formula, cosmetic, specification, etc according to the project objective described in PMC brief. Deliver the development results as per the project timeline which established together with concern department e.g. marketing, purchasing and supply chain (AM)
- Study the possible production of new/improvement projects. Ensure that materials and products are used and manufactured in compliance with the local food regulations and Nestec guidelines and specifications.
- Set new/improvement projects time frame with an agreement from concerned departments such as Marketing, Innovation & Renovation, Packaging, Engineering, etc.
- Re-formulate the new product based on local raw materials and create new formula upon Marketing's request in line with FDA regulations. Improve the existing products by adjusting the formular and production process, and by raw material replacement, etc.
- Responsible for the formula optimization of the new product by FORMAT, communicate the approved master formula of the new products to factory via recipe transfer system. Ensure that the master formula is up to date and that the level of ingredients used in the formulae is complied with local pet food regulation and NPP guideline (AM)
- Set up the new technical specification, testing procedure for the new products/packaging, and ensure that the current specifications/procedures is up to date (AM)
