Jr. Procurement Coordinator (Interiors & Exteriors) in Bangkok
1. Assist Sr. Procurement Officer in preparing Purchase Orders from approved Purchase Requisitions
2. Contact suppliers and obtains quotations as necessary
3. Receive supplier Delivery Orders and distributes them as required
4. Liaise with user departments including Site Management, Quantity Survey, Production and Tendering as to the dates/times for delivery for purchased items
5. Record and filing relevant information/documents and entry into the PO system
6. Works closely with the Finance & Accounting Department in matching POs with Invoices
7. Assist superior staff in coordinating with the Site Manager/Supervisors in planning and ensuring the production status of parts for site delivery and installation
8. Maintain proper record of document flow and filing system, e.g. Document Controlling System
9. Prepare and maintain routine record, e.g. Daily Report, Weekly Report, Purchased Items Delivery Report
10. Any other duties as required under the PISA work procedures and as assigned by Sr. Procurement Officer and Sr. Project Manager (Interior)
