Support the commercial department in Tender preparation
Discuss & review tendering budget with Tendering Team and other key managers during kick-off meeting
Pursue the achievement of the project goals defined in the initial budget in terms of profitability and timing
Responsible for project management and control
Provide to Production, Procurement and Site updated reports on Project timings and progress
Analyze project contracts re scope of work, technical notes and contractual conditions
Define, with support of Global and Local Procurement Departments, the supplying conditions, terms and prices according to Group Frame contracts
Sign all project related supply orders
Manage production timings according to Production Manager scheduling
Manage contractual variations in terms of times and costs

With over 125 years aggregated experience in executing diverse building projects, our client is actively participating in the highly developed building industries of Europe, Australia, Asia and recently in the U.S. with eighteen fully equipped assembly plants, research/testing facilities (Italy, Netherlands, Singapore, Australia). Working days: Alternative Saturdays (2 Saturdays/month) Reporting to: PM Coordinator/Operations Manager/Country Manager
