| รายละเอียดงาน 1. construction plan , allocate tasks to team members and contractors. 2. Control of construction according to schedule. 3. Monitor and report the progress of the construction work plan assigned . 4. Check and monitor the work of Foreman / contractors to meet the standard . The correct procedure. 5. Controlling the cost of construction shall be in accordance with the approved budget . 6. Procurement and Materials Control And tools to meet the project implementation. And check the availability before implementation. |

Experience in building construction(high rise) with at least 2 years. 4. A minimum of 4 years experience in Real Estate Project especially in Hotel or Condominium. 5. Proficient in Computer (MS Office, etc.) |
