ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต (Production Department Manager )
Directs day-to-day operation activities
Primary liaison with the customer on matters pertaining to daily operations including the scheduling of production levels
Ensures the facility is operated in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with the core values of company.
Prepares periodic status reports that describe operating performance, issues and forecasts of future performance
Conducts or arranges for periodic training for all plant personnel covering technical, safety, environmental and supervisory topics as appropriate
Ensures that all employees and contractors abide by established policies and procedures pertaining to plant safety and environmental stewardship
Works with Operations Manager and operations support personnel to share and implement best practices throughout the organization
Manages the resources and work activities to ensure the effective and on-going implementation of the Operating and ensures safety and environmental practices for compliance are priorities
Ensures that all new Operating procedures or procedure revisions are completed, reviewed, and approved
Conducts periodic management reviews of the Operating Procedures Program to verify compliance
Reviews all operating Delays and offers delay reduction insight to Operations Manager
Coordinates activity for Process Improvements
Updates Operating Metrics
Assists with Planning and Preparations
Responsible for the implementation of business unit safety activities to meet or exceed organizational goals:
Audits the safety activity (meetings, contacts, tool box meetings, etc.) for compliance of organizational goals and quality
Leads the investigation of all incidents
Detects through observation unsafe work practices
Ensures that all required administrative, operating, and safety procedures are enforced
Responsible for environmental compliance activities. Implement programs and necessary activities to ensure environmental compliance
