QA/QC Shutdown Inspection ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบของ INSPECTOR 1. ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์การกลั่น ขณะหยุดใช้งาน เช่น ระบบท่อทาง, ภาชนะรับความดัน, โครงสร้าง / ฐานรากของ อุปกรณ์ฯ, เตากลั่น ฯลฯ ตามมาตรฐาน API 510, API 572, API 573, API 936 พร้อมเสนอรายงานในรูปแบบที่กำหนด 2. สามารถควบคุม คุณภาพงานซ่อม / สร้างอุปกรณ์การกลั่นให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานที่บริษัทกำหนด และสามารถทำการตรวจสอบเบื้องต้น เช่น ตรวจสอบแนวเชื่อมด้วยสายตา, สามารถทำการควบคุมการตรวจสอบด้วยวิธี MT/PT, การตรวจวัดความหนาด้วยวิธี UTM, ตรวจสอบงานด้วยวิธี Hydrostatic Test และสามารถควบคมุ งาน NDT อื่นๆ ที่กำหนดได้ 3. ประสานงานกับวิศวกรของ บริษัทลูกค้า หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ในการตัดสินใจและประเมินคุณภาพงานในกรณีที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้ใน มาตรฐานที่ บริษัทลูกค้ากำหนด 4. ต้องมีจรรยาบรรณในการทำงาน และรายงานสภาพความไม่ถูกต้องต่อผู้ควบคุมงาน ช่วงเวลาการทำงานอยู่ระหว่าง 15 มกราคม 2559 ถึง 31 พฤษภาคม 2559 ซึ่งจะมีระยะเวลาทำงานจริงประมาณ 30 วัน เวลาทำงานปกติ จันทร์ – อาทิตย์, เวลา 8:00 น. – 20:00 น.
