| รายละเอียดงาน -Closely works with the Head of Sales on the activities related to products of assigned customers. -Responsible in meeting all customer requirements in the development and improvement of new and existing products and processes before or within the specified time. -Issues specifications for raw meat, ingredients, process and product standards that ensure productivity and cost-savings benefits. -Responsible in the product commissioning of new products and technology transfer to Production and QA teams. -Works closely with Production and QA teams in ensuring that quality is maintained and observed at all times during actual operations. -Directly contacts suppliers on ingredients' availability and composition and specifications. -Provides costing reports of new and improved products to the R&D person in charge. -Works closely with the Packaging and Process Development in the development and -improvement of new and existing products. |
