| รายละเอียดงาน -Create Technical skills development Training course for service technicians&Sub-contractors both classroom and on-site mentoring and planning of formal training. -Providing technical support to Key Customer,Sales,Service technicians,sub-contractors,end-users and others. -New product training,installation and Central controls system. -Coordinate with private&government organization to develop Service&Installation skills to meet up with international standard. -Coordinate with Asia-Ocean Training Center to ensure all courses being developed are qualified and aligned with International standard. -Create annual master schedule for the entire related divisions. -Spiritual leader of an informal technical fraternity within the organization. -Maintaining training center facilities in good condition. -Mentor and identify training needs for technical development of those mentioned participant groups. -Provide on-demand technical support to the problematic projects or sites to technician and others. -Embed a safety culture. -Work with HR to collaborate with local technical institutes. |

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Male age between 35-40 years old. 2. Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering ONLY 3. Minimum 5 years relevant experience with the right skills; 4. Guru or Subject matter expert with strong technical knowledge in HVAC&Controls 5. Train the trainer experience-mentoring,OJT,classroom 6. Planning and Organization skills 7. Effective communications and coaching skills |
