Logistics Manager (Distributor/ Trader Business)
Responsibility
1. Organize Warehouse Management Systems and Distribution management
2. Ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost
3. Understanding the whole supply chain and coordinate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, customers and retailers
4. Manage and control order cycle, stock levels, delivery times, transportation routing and costs
5. Allocate and manage staff resources according to business requirements
6. Develop business by gaining new contracts, analysis logistical problems and finding solutions
7. Continually to improve and develop business performance under any constraints issues
8. Implement Health and Safety standards
9. Manage staff training and motivate team
10. Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
11. Negotiate and manage effectively to achieve customers service level agreement
12. Control overall logistics budgeting
