| รายละเอียดงาน 1. Identify, analyze and control occupational hazards and promote site safety by applying knowledge of construction process, mechanic, physiology and industrial health and safety laws 2. Design protective equipment od safety device for all site machine and equipment to eliminate occupational hazards 3. Assist in the development of the project site safety program 4. Establish and conduct site orientation for every new employee and subcontractor for the project and administer and record their participation in the orientation program to ensure that all site safety regulations are communicated and being followed 5. Attend all initial meetings with the Project Managers and Subcontractor representatives to clearly define their role within the confines of the Project Safety Program 6. Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with each subcontractor safety representatives and/or foremen to establish safety procedures prior to subcontractors activities on site 7. Establish and conduct regular safety meetings with subcontractor representatives and issue minutes of meeting and interface with Project Manager and each Subcontractor safety representatives relating to safety regulations to ensure proper compliance 8. Ensure that Subcontractors are conducting the proper training requirements as per the site safety standards, related law and other customer related requirements 9. Review each Subcontractors Safety Program and ensure that it meets or exceeds the project Safety Program requirements 10. Conduct regular daily/weekly jobsite and work area inspections and complete the safety checklist to ensure that any safety violations and corrective actions are fully implemented 11. Record, investigate, notify and prepare written report of any incident, violations or unsafe practices to Project Staff, Subcontractors for immediate correction actions and summary report 12. Assist Project Manager in establishing and implementing proper fire prevention, evacuation and fire control |

| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelors Degree or Higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Safety Engineering, Constructional Safety Management or related fields 2. Minimum 7 years of experience in Construction Site Safety, Site Safety Coordination preferable from Curtain Wall, Aluminium and Glass installation projects 3. At least 3 years of experience in Site Safety Manager level 4. Strong Site Safety Management, Interpersonal, Collaborating Skills with Customer Oriented and Partnering mindset 5. Computer Literacy (MS Office) 6. Proficiency in English Communication (Fluency in written and spoken) 7. Be able to work on alternate Saturday (2 days per month) 8. Work location at Ekkamai, Bangkok and occasionally travel to Chonburi Plant |
